Tonight I am taking it easy after my disastrous meal last night. Pizza Burgers and Chips. Maybe I will try baking a desert later. I have been eying the can of cherries in the cupboard. I am thinking cherry cheesecake sounds yummy! With oreo cookie crust?
Today Nikki took me to lunch at Arby's. I had the new Mushroom and Swiss sandwich. I am not an Arby's fan. The curly fries are ok though..and the Dr. Pepper. I haven't found a sandwich there I like. But I really enjoyed spending lunch with all the kids! Thanks for the fun lunch Nikki, Katie, and Tanya!

ReplyDeleteWe grilled tonight, it was "pretty good": roasted potatoes w/roasted red peppers (yum) and sweet onions; grilled chicken breasts w/bbq sauce. All good, but not outstanding, know what I mean? I need to start looking at recipes and make something really OUTSTANDING.
